A Woman Who Knows Her Worth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering and educating young women and girls to embrace their unique individuality through affirmations, self-reflection, and positive self-talk. Since 2020, our holistic approach to empowerment has been giving young women and girls the courage to embrace their unique identity, recognize their natural beauty, and own their personal power.
Our education and empowerment programs serve diverse young women and girls ages 13-26 across the nation. Through our learning and leadership programs, we empower young women and girls to become leaders who effect positive change in their communities. The participants in our program find their voices, gain skills, develop self-confidence, expand creative expression, explore educational and career pathways, and forge strong bonds within a dynamic intergenerational and intercultural community.
To enhance the self-esteem of young women and girls by inspiring them to recognize and embrace their natural qualities of being beautiful, unique, smart, confident, determined, and powerful.

Teaching young women and girls how to identify and cultivate themselves into the influential women they will become.
In our Leadership Academy, we introduce young women to purposeful exploration that is aligned with their passions and skillsets. We equip young women who have found their passion with the toolkit necessary to turn their interests into a career. We work with our incredible brand partners to provide support through entry-level career opportunities.
Our Girls Empowerment program empowers teen girls to achieve their goals and take responsibility for their lives by learning self-directed skills so they can become strong confident young ladies. Girls will learn life skills that often take adults a lifetime to learn. We offer workshops and events for girls in 8th to 12th grades. Some of the expected results include attitude improvement, improved school performance and grades, better decision-making, improved relationships and conflict resolution, and confidence building.
The Sister Circle program is a virtual space for young women and girls to discuss various topics pertaining to overall mental health and well-being. It includes monthly workshops and webinars facilitated by various licensed therapists.
